Jerk Quarter Chicken

Dry Brined with our jerk seasoning and smoked with Oak and Hickory. White or Dark meat available.

Seasoned in our Caribbean Pork Rub and smoked for 12 hours with Oak, Maple, and Cherry wood.

Sokah Beer Sausage

Made in house with a brisket and pork blend, lager, and smoked gouda.

Brisket

Angus brisket dry rubbed in our Island Seasoning Salt and Coarse Black Pepper, then smoked for 15 hours with Oak and Hickory.

Spare Ribs - 1/3 Rack

Seasoned in a brown sugar pork rub and glazed in our pineapple rum glaze. Smoked with Oak, Maple, and Cherry wood.

Oxtail - Half Pound

Smoked for 8 hours with Oak and Hickory and then braised until it falls off the bone.
